Nice! She looks very cute. The pose is pretty good, not too showy to distract from her face which seems is the main focus.The structure of the skull is very nicely done and your shading detail pretty freaking impressive so especially on the shirt area. The only thing I could possibly see to improve? A tiny bit of shading around the eye socket to give it more depth.(and really I think that's more my opinion than anything ^^)
